Changing your password is simple! Just log in to your 3Ccard dashboard, navigate to your user profile, and update your password. You’ll need to provide your current password along with your desired new password.

Certainly! You can easily update your associated email by logging into your 3Ccard dashboard. Navigate to your user profile and locate the ‘Personal Info’ section. Here, you can make the necessary changes to your email. Keep in mind, however, that the email you use to log in to your 3Ccard dashboard should match your updated email address.

If you wish to delete your account, simply contact us with your request.

Order, Shipping & Return

Your NFC card will be delivered within one or two weeks.

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll process it promptly. You can expect your 3Ccard product to be shipped within one or two weeks. We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

If the product received is damaged, you can initiate a return within 7 working days. Simply contact our customer support team to initiate the process. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange as per your preference.
