Delivery Terms

Our aim is to swiftly dispatch your purchased items. Orders will be processed upon transaction confirmation. Presently, we can solely deliver to street addresses within Malaysia. International deliveries are not available, and each order can be sent to one delivery address only. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, kindly create separate orders for each unique address.

Delivery Policy

Upon delivery, you may be required to validate the products by signing off with the delivery personnel. Before signing, carefully inspect the items for any faults, defects, or damages. If you find any issues, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receipt. We utilize standard packaging materials for all deliveries.

Delivery Time

Orders that are confirmed will typically arrive within 5-10 business working days. Orders made on Fridays and during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday,  unless it falls on a public holiday, in which case it will be processed on the next working day. For deliveries to rural or remote areas, please allow an extra 3-5 working days. During sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen events like extreme weather, there may be additional delivery time.

Return Policy

To initiate a return or exchange, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  1. The item(s) were purchased from our Site within the last 30 days.

  2. The item(s) must be in their original packaging and returned in the same condition as you received them.

  3. Free gifts are not eligible for exchange or return.

  4. Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, abuse, improper care, or accidents are not eligible for return or refund.

  5. Returns unrelated to product performance or satisfaction are not accepted.

You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning the item(s) to us. The return deadline is 30 days from the date you received the item(s). To initiate a return or request a refund, please notify us by sending an email to [email protected]. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any item(s) that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. Once we have inspected and confirmed the returned item(s), you can expect to receive your refund or exchange within 7 to 21 working days.

If you wish to request an exchange, please be aware that exchanging for a different product is not permitted. If the desired product is out of stock, you may opt for a return and refund instead.

Please be advised that we reserve the right to decline returns if the merchandise does not meet the specified conditions listed above. Additionally, we retain the right to withhold any exchange, return, or refund until the item(s) have been received at our premises or until we have confirmed the return via email communication.
